Objects

This is the object editing window.   This allows you to set   information such as locations, phone numbers etc for the object.

Objects also can have:

 

Files associated with them.   This allows people to share information with others.

 

Sharepoints - These are a pointer to a shared folder on a server associated with the object. this is another way of sharing files or information.

 

Permissions - These are set who is able to view or edit the object and its appointments.
