Calendar view

Calendar view

This is the primary calendar view in the StaffCal client. It shows whether the staff member is working and in or out at the current time, as well as an overview of their activities for the week.

Objects (people, assets meetings etc) are listed in groups, which are viewed in their own window. An object can belong to one or more groups.

In / out status

Show the status (in the office or out, working or not) of each object.

Appointment summary

A daily overview of the objects appointments (or bookings).

4 . Appointment timelineAppointment timeline

Appointment timeline

Shows a timeline of appointments for the currently selected object and day.

5 . Appointment listAppointment list

Appointment list

Shows the day's appointments for the currently selected object in list form.
